The “Lucky, Grateful & Growing” Edition ☘️🌿

Mar 16, 2026

Hello wonderful friend ☘️

This week feels extra special around here.

First of all — our Arise & Shine Vibrant Living Wellness Conference just happened, and my heart is still so full. Over 400 incredible people registered and came together for a day of inspiration, connection, faith, and wellness. The energy in the room was powerful, uplifting, and honestly… a little bit magical.

It reminded me of something I believe deeply:

When people gather with open hearts and a desire to grow, amazing things happen.

This St. Patrick’s week has me thinking about luck too… but the more I reflect on it, the more I realize:

The real “luck” in life is community.
It’s purpose.
It’s healing.
It’s choosing growth again and again.

And I feel incredibly grateful that you are part of this Vibrant Living family.

✨ Your Story Is Part of Your Gold

St. Patrick’s Day always brings the fun idea of a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

But the truth is… your greatest treasure might already be something you carry with you.

Your story.

Every challenge you’ve faced.
Every lesson you’ve learned.
Every moment you chose to keep going.

Your story is not something to hide — it’s something that can heal, inspire, and guide others.

Sometimes the very thing that once felt painful becomes the pathway to purpose.

And that leads me to something exciting we’re offering…

🌟 New Free Workshop – Your Story Matters

We're so excited to invite you to a brand new free workshop.

🏡 Come What May – A Community for the Journey

If the conference reminded us of anything, it’s that community changes everything!

Inside our Come What May community, we focus on:

✨ Faith-centered wellness
✨ Support through life’s ups and downs
✨ Real encouragement and connection
✨ Growing stronger in mind, body, and spirit

✨ Stepping into our gifts and talents and helping those who we are meant to serve!

Life brings many seasons — but you never have to walk them alone.

This community was created so we can grow, heal, and thrive together. Our doors are open for Quarter 2. Check it out and join us!

☘️ A Little St. Patrick’s Joy Challenge

This week, try creating your own “lucky list.”

Write down 7 things you feel grateful for right now.

They might be simple:

A warm home
A meaningful conversation
A good walk outside
A prayer that brought peace

Gratitude has a magical way of turning ordinary days into extraordinary ones.

You may realize you’ve been surrounded by blessings all along.
